Challenge: Publishing lifecycle task management was obscured by an incredibly complex PLM backend, creating friction and inefficiency for diverse user types across the industry.

Approach: Researched, conceptualized, and designed a new task management module from the ground up, ensuring seamless integration with the intricate legacy PLM backend.

Outcome: Abstracted systemic complexity into a highly visible, accessible, and intuitive task management experience tailored to streamline the daily workflows of all publishing worker profiles.
