Approach: Defined the overarching UX strategy, conceptualized the architecture, and visualized the complete initial product concept for a next-generation SaaS enterprise publishing solution.

Outcome: Successfully generated executive and customer buy-in across the Northern European publishing industry, directly kicking off Schilling's new product roadmap and a modernized era for the company's software.
